Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pizza Maker/Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks, including ingredient assembly and dough stretching
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
- Serve customers at the counter or drive-thru, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Process transactions using the cash register or POS system, providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests with professionalism
Experience
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols is a plus
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal preparation processes is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
