We are seeking a motivated Entry Level auto Installer to join our Auto glass team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in installation, in Auto glass. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided, but familiarity with hand tools. license is required.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools to complete installations accurately
- Supporting and assisting other technicians
- Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing tools and materials before beginning tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- Learn to operate specialized equipment for trade-specific tasks
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred for job site access
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills
