Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various software tools. This role is vital in maintaining an efficient office environment, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting staff and visitors and using tne phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize SkeduleX PMS to manage files and information
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Handle administrative responsibilities related to medical office procedures
- Maintain organized files both physically and electronically to facilitate easy retrieval of information
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with SkeduleX an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- Clerical experience including filing, document management, and administrative support
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer support role is advantageous

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
