Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and outgoing Solar Sales Representative to support our local outreach efforts across Vancouver Island.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, meeting new people, and representing a trusted local brand in the community. In addition to door-to-door flyer distribution, you may also represent Milani at local community events.

What You’ll Do
- Door-to-door lead generation in residential areas
- Book Solar sales appointments
- Represent a trusted, growing brand
- Work closely with our in-home sales and service teams
Who This Is For
- Competitive, driven, and coachable individuals
- Background in sports, trades, or customer service is an asset
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people daily
Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
