Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Optician, Student Optician or Dispensing Optometric/Optical Assistant at our Milton, ON location. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing and fitting eyewear, providing expert information about lens options and eyewear care, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You will also be an integral part of the overall team, assisting with patient care through the whole patient journey, from front desk to auxiliary testing, to the dispensary.
Hours include one to two evenings per week and alternate Saturdays (closed long weekends). Excellent benefit package.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Optical Experience required
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, ability to multitask
Licensed Optician or strong experience as an optometric/optical assistant required
CCOA, Opticians and Student Opticians are encouraged to apply. Salary will be based on experience.
