Premiere Vancouver Island Spa Destination Hiring Front Desk Agent
Kingfisher Pacific Resort and Spa is an award-winning destination nestled in a stunning oceanfront setting. Renowned for its panoramic views, exceptional amenities, and commitment to genuine hospitality, the resort offers guests a rejuvenating escape with world-class spa experiences, exquisite dining, and breathtaking natural surroundings. We are dedicated to creating memorable moments for our guests and fostering a vibrant, positive team environment. We are in search of the right individual for this challenging position.
This position will start as Part Time, leading to Full Time in September.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle room reservations and spa bookings
- Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced guest service environment
- On-the-job training will be provided
Schedule
- Part Time leading to Full-time position in September
- MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
