About the Role
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily warehouse operations while supporting a high-performing, purpose-driven team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating warehouse logistics, inventory management, product quality, shipping and receiving, and delivery operations.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, picking, storage, and deliveries
- Lead by example in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support and oversee warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accountability, and quality standards are consistently met
- Coordinate all aspects of warehouse logistics within the inventory system
- Prepare high-quality products, ensuring excellence in every detail
- Accurately manage inventory and maintain strong inventory control practices
- Deliver products safely and professionally to local funeral homes when required
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Assist the General Manager with workflow planning, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure all safety procedures and policies are followed and maintained
- Build strong working relationships with customers and represent Imperial in a professional and respectful manner
- Help foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture focused on service excellence

Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Experience coordinating warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Proven experience using hand and power tools (plywood/woodworking experience is an asset)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing procedures, and transportation operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks and work on your feet throughout the day
