Job Description:
We are expanding our Commercial Service & Maintenance Division and are selectively hiring experienced service roofers who are strong in diagnostics, repair quality, and professionalism on occupied sites.
This is not production roofing. This is skilled commercial service work requiring technical ability and accountability.
You will work directly with a Service Foreman handling:
- Complex leak investigations
- Targeted repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, and SBS systems
- Commercial roof inspections
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Tenant improvement work
- Emergency service response
Who This Role Is For:
- Roofers at 2nd year apprentice level or higher
- Strong troubleshooters who can identify root causes — not just patch symptoms
- Professionals comfortable working on active commercial properties
- Individuals who want long-term growth within a structured service division
