Senior Sushi Cook / Omakase Kitchen Lead

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and guest-oriented sushi chef (or experienced sushi cook) who values teamwork, humility, and excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities Fish preparation and sushi production Omakase kitchen support and service execution Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food quality standards Supporting smooth kitchen operations and teamwork Guest interaction and communication when appropriate
Requirements Previous sushi / Japanese kitchen experience preferred Comfortable working in a calm, high-end environment Strong communication and professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented English communication required
Compensation $30–38/hour depending on experience and fit Tip share Flexible schedule / Part-time or Full-time potential
