Our North Calgary dealership is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Guest Specialist to join our team.As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience while also helping coordinate vehicle deliveries and supporting guest experiences.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
- Answer incoming phone calls and route calls accordingly
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally by phone and email
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, filing, and bookkeeping duties
- Perform basic administrative tasks, distribute mail and faxes
- Coordinate guest appointments and vehicle delivery scheduling
- Support vehicle delivery preparation and organization
- Maintain accurate records, update systems, and track customer interactions
- Help create a seamless post-purchase delivery experience for guests
- Conduct follow-up communication to support customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a premium guest experience
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
