Job Posting: Part-time Security Guard, Saint John, NB
Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire responsible team members for Part-time, as needed Security Guard positions in Saint John, NB.
Hours: 8 to 12 hour rotating shifts, 24/7, with day, evening, night and weekend availability, sometimes on short notice
Rate of Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

The Role: The Security Guard will be responsible to enforce established rules and regulations to ensure the protection of people, property, and information. Assigned duties include a combination of static and roving patrols.
Requirements:

Physically fit to perform interior and exterior rounds (including stairs) - stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time and to respond to emergency situations

High attention to detail, ability to keep accurate notes and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
-
Customer service experience
-
Comfortable using and learning new technology
-
Ability to obtain Federal Security and Vulnerable Sector Clearances

Valid class 5 Driver’s License
-
Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace
The successful candidate must be able to:
