Fundraising Representative
$700–$1,500+ Per Week | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
You’ll be speaking with members of the public every day, working outdoors, and representing major charities including UNICEF, Special Olympics Canada, Heart & Stroke, Diabetes Canada, and the Canadian Red Cross.

What You’ll Do
- Represent nationally recognized charitable organizations
- Speak directly with members of the public
- Educate people about important causes and community programs
- Secure ongoing donor support for charitable campaigns
- Develop communication, leadership, fundraising, and sales skills
- Participate in daily coaching, training, and team development
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Daily training and team meetings at our Dartmouth office
- Community outreach and fundraising throughout the day
- Team break provided during the shift
- No weekend work required
- Transportation is provided from our Dartmouth office to fundraising locations. A personal vehicle is not required.
Compensation
Compensation includes:
- Guaranteed weekly base pay
- Performance-based earnings
- Cash bonuses and incentives
Successful team members typically earn between $700 and $1,500+ per week.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dartmouth/Halifax, Nova Scotia.
This role involves face-to-face fundraising, working outdoors, and interacting with new people every day.
