We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to keep our shop running efficiently and ensure our service technicians have the materials they need to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and deliveries.
- Pick and stage materials for scheduled service calls and projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using our inventory management software.
- Restock technicians' service vehicles with commonly used materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warranty returns.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with shop organization and general warehouse duties.
- Support the service department with material requests throughout the day.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, inventory, basic mechanical, or plumbing/HVAC supply experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
