A Summer Sales Rep will be responsible for selling our window cleaning services, door to door, to prospective clients (homeowners). This service improves curb appeal, protects your home’s exterior, and leaves windows spotless and streak-free. This dynamic role will get you out from under the desk and away from the computer screen. You’ll learn a wide variety of transferable skills and apply them in a real-world setting, including: delivering a strong sales presentation, high-level communication, negotiation, as well as critical thinking and problem solving.

- Highly disciplined with strong personal standards
- A true self-starter who takes initiative without being micromanaged
- Exceptional people skills — outgoing, confident, and naturally builds rapport
- Comes from a competitive background (sports, dance, athletics, etc.) and thrives under pressure
- Hardworking and externally motivated, driven by goals, performance, and achievement
- Adventurous and outgoing — enjoys new experiences, challenges, and meeting new people (travel experience is a plus)
- Motivated by earning potential and/or competition, with a strong desire to win.

Pay: $900.00-$1,600.00 per week
