We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Licensed Gas Fitter / HVAC Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission residential gas systems for luxury custom homes.
- Perform complete gas piping installations from rough-in to final connection and startup.

- Outdoor Kitchen Gas Systems
- Generators
- Gas Ranges and Cooktops
- Install underground gas lines for pools, outdoor kitchens, fire features, detached structures, and backyard entertainment areas.
- Set up and maintain temporary construction heating systems during building phases.
- Install gas venting systems including B-vents, intake/exhaust venting, and rooftop penetrations.
- Pressure test gas systems and ensure all installations comply with applicable codes, TSSA requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, gas schematics, HVAC drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot gas and HVAC system issues and perform equipment startup and commissioning procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
- Follow all company safety procedures, TSSA regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Valid Gas Technician License (G2 required, G1 considered a strong asset).
- Proven experience in residential gas fitting and HVAC installations.
- Strong knowledge of gas piping systems, HVAC equipment, venting applications, and safety regulations.
- Experience working on custom residential or luxury home projects is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, HVAC layouts, gas schematics, and project specifications.
- Experience with temporary heating systems and construction site heating setups.
- Knowledge of underground gas piping installations and pressure testing procedures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and gas installation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and safety-oriented.
- Comfortable working at heights and performing rooftop venting installations when required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
