Our specialized division, Oxford Mobility, is Southwestern Ontario's trusted partner for BraunAbility wheelchair-accessible vans. We specialize in keeping our community moving by delivering specialized mobility solutions and traditional automotive service with care, precision, and empathy.
Our service department is growing rapidly. We are seeking a versitile, uniquely skilled professional to join our team in a multi-faceted role. This position pays a reliable hourly wage and is ideal for an adaptable automotive professional who thrives on variety and wants to master every angle of a service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Technician: Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles and mobility equiptment.
- Service Advisor: Greeting customers, consulting on service needs, and building trust.
- Appointment Coordinator: Managing the service schedule and fielding incoming customer calls.
- Warranty Admin Clerk: Processing claims accurately and navigating OEM warranty portals.
- Parts Specialist: Sourcing components, managing inventory, and supporting the shop floor.
Experience & License Requirements:
- Service Technician Experience within a dealership environment (Required for priority consideration).
- 310S Licensed Technician or Registered Apprentice (Highly Preferred)
- Hands on experience using Reynolds & Reynolds.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with professional shop experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and switch gears in a fact-paced environment.
- Strong desire to learn unique mobility vehicle systems.
