Role: Account Executive (Enterprise Software/SaaS)
Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated Account Executives and Senior Sales Professionals with a proven track record in Enterprise Software or SaaS sales. The ideal candidates will have experience managing complex sales cycles, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Experience selling solutions to the mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred. In these roles, you will leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, leveraging CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quota goals.
- Experience selling to manufacturing or mining verticals (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate ownership of results.
