WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Ability to work in an active environment, both indoors and outdoors, involving frequent walking
between locations and regular movement throughout the workday.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods of time as required by operational needs, events, or on-site
activities across the BIZ.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 lbs on an
occasional basis.
- Sufficient physical stamina and mobility to perform a combination of walking, standing, and light to
moderate manual tasks, including in varied weather conditions.
- Regular interaction with the public, including occasional challenge interactions; ability to maintain
calm, respectful, and professional conduct.
