The Opportunity
WrapGuys is growing. We’re bringing in another experienced installer at a senior level to help us scale without giving up the standard our clients have come to expect from a long standing established Wrap Company. This is not an entry role. It’s a seat for someone who has already put in the years, can wrap clean under pressure, and is ready to operate inside a structured, high-volume production environment surrounded by seasoned installers with a decade+ of experience.

You must be willing to learn how WrapGuys works as a team. We run a systemic approach to moving a high volume of wraps through the shop every week. That system is the reason we deliver at high level. If you believe you’ve already learned everything there is to know about this trade, you will not fit here. The installers who thrive on our floor treat real, honest teamwork as the job and they think in terms of the mission, not the moment. What You’ll Do
Execute complex vehicle wraps to the standard WrapGuys is known for. Operate inside our production system, not around it. Mentor junior installers and lift the floor without ego. Work cleanly with production, design, and sales to keep projects moving through the pipeline. Help solve installation challenges on the fly without compromising the finish.
You’ll be surrounded by professionals who want to see each other succeed, we want to add to our pool of team oriented Vinyl Wrap Installers!
What We Need From You
5+ years of professional vinyl wrap installation experience on vehicles specifically. A track record of leading work and elevating the people around you. Mastery of wrap techniques, tools, and materials, including fleet and large-format work. The discipline to manage multiple projects in a team setting without dropping detail.Clear, direct communication. We look for mission oriented people with the drive to win each day as a team!
