Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, tile laying, cabinet installation, drywall, decks, siding, and general building tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various construction techniques and the ability to use hand tools effectively.
Duties:
Lead a crew in all aspects of residential renovations and construction including kitchen and bath re-modelling, structural and non structural framing, hanging drywall, building decks and stairs, vinyl siding installation, door and window installation.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential renovations
- Valid Canadian drivers license
- Available Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30
- Able to pay attention to detail
-Able to read drawings and put plan into action
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
