About the Role
REMAX Hallmark is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role owns the visual identity of our brand — producing everything from internal corporate materials to marketing collateral that helps our real estate agents win and serve clients. You'll balance high-volume, quick-turnaround requests with larger branding projects, working closely with marketing, leadership, and agents across the brokerage.
What You'll Do
- Design a wide range of graphics for internal corporate use, including presentations, signage, internal communications, and branded templates.
- Partner with the marketing team to fulfill design requests from real estate agents, such as listing flyers, property brochures, social media graphics, postcards, and open house materials.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral for email campaigns, digital ads, and print materials.
- Design branded templates agents can customize themselves, reducing turnaround time on routine requests.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines, style, tone, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with outside print vendors as needed.
- Support the creation of graphics for the company website, social media channels, and email newsletters.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices in real estate and corporate marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance); real estate or marketing agency experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across print and digital design.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
- Ability to manage a high volume of design requests with strong attention to detail and consistent quality.
- Comfortable taking direction and feedback, while also contributing creative ideas.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both internal staff and real estate agents.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for real estate marketing (listing flyers, property brochures, signage).
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
- Familiarity with print production and working with commercial printers.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and working with websites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $43,500–$52,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full-time, in-office position.
