About the Role
Are you high-energy, dependable, and passionate about creating great memories for families? The Big Box is looking for 3 motivated individuals to join our South facility team. This is a fast-paced environment where "fun" is the product, and guest service is our top priority.
What You’ll Do
- Guest Experience: Welcome families with a smile and assist with birthday events for children ages 0–14.
- Attraction Operations: Learn to operate and monitor exciting attractions, including Bumper Cars, VR, and Ropes Courses.
- Safety & Supervision: Monitor playground areas to ensure all rules and safety regulations are followed.
- Facility Excellence: Maintain a clean, visually appealing environment. This includes cleaning play structures, washrooms, the kitchen, and dining areas.
- Daily Operations: Use the POS system for transactions, replenish stock in the kitchen and redemption center, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
Shift Availability
We are looking for flexible team members available for:
- Mornings, Days, Evenings, and Nights
- Weekends and Overtime shifts
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a customer service, retail, or entertainment environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to handle cash/POS, and a proactive "team-first" attitude.
