In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing spare parts while ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
-
Receive, inspect, label, and record incoming and outgoing spare parts.

Review bills of lading and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Pick, pack, and prepare materials for both internal and external shipments.

Create shipments and process waybills using online courier systems such as FedEx, Purolator, and UPS.

Maintain accurate inventory records using both manual and digital inventory systems.
-
Safely load and unload materials using warehouse material handling equipment.

Perform quality inspections on parts prior to storing inventory and before shipping to customers.

Ensure all shipments comply with company standards and customer requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Support internal and external operational requirements while meeting productivity targets.

Work independently and effectively within a supervised environment.
Qualifications
-
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse, stores, or stock-keeping role.

Forklift experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Experience using online courier shipping systems such as FedEx, Purolator, and UPS.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external communication.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
