Position: HVAC Sales Engineer

Innova Canada is Hiring: HVAC Applied Sales Engineer for Vancouver British Columbia & Toronto
Are you a technically strong sales professional with a passion for HVAC systems and building solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Applied Sales Engineer to drive growth and support our customers throughout British Columbia & Toronto.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, developers and other key accounts
- Provide applied HVAC solutions, including equipment selection, system design support, and technical expertise
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-performance solutions
- Support project lifecycle from specification through execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC applied sales, systems design, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proven ability to build relationships and close business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
