We are a growing Canadian downsizing and move management company specializing in helping older adults transition into retirement residences, assisted living, and memory care communities. Our team provides compassionate, organized, and stress-reducing support for seniors and their families during life’s major transitions.
We are seeking a relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our referral partnerships within the senior living sector.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing strong referral relationships with retirement residences, assisted living communities, memory care homes, hospital discharge planners, and senior service professionals.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, enjoys networking, and understands the sensitivity of working within the senior care space.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with retirement residences, assisted living communities, and memory care homes
- Conduct in-person visits with Executive Directors, Community Relations Managers, and Care Coordinators
- Deliver professional presentations outlining our downsizing and move management services
- Identify and secure new referral partnerships within assigned territory
- Attend local networking events, senior expos, and community outreach initiatives
Sales & Account Management
- Manage a defined sales territory and maintain consistent partner follow-up
- Track leads, referrals, and sales activity using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop strategic plans to grow market share within territory
Community & Family Engagement
- Host educational seminars or information sessions for residents and families
- Act as a trusted resource during sensitive transition conversations
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, home services, or related industries is an asset
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field role
- Valid Canadian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
