About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part Inspector to join our team in Uxbridge, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and workmanship.
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment as required.
- Compare finished parts against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify and report defective or non-conforming parts.
- Complete inspection records and quality documentation.
- Work closely with production and quality team members to resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or part inspection is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
