Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service to our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
