Our client in Montreal, QC is actively looking for an Operations and Training Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Client Support:
Deliver operational training (on-site or in-house) for individuals, groups, and classroom settings based on client needs.
Lead workshops and educational sessions on relevant industry topics (e.g., refresher programs, certification programs).
Implementation & Operations:
Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation and startup activities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Conduct on-site visits, operational reviews, and provide detailed documentation and action plans.
Equipment & Product Expertise:
Organize and support equipment demonstrations alongside sales representatives.
Test and evaluate equipment independently and within integrated systems and delivery models.
Utilize test kitchen and showroom facilities to support client and partner initiatives.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement:
Diagnose and resolve field issues in collaboration with key stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and industry partners).
Ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
Resource & Program Development:
Develop tools, documentation, and repositories to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Create and maintain resources accessible to internal teams, clients, and partners.
Technology & Systems:
Maintain document libraries and support the ongoing development of the customer database.
Provide training and support on proprietary tools, including:
Internal software platforms
Mobile applications
Microsoft Office suite
Marketing & Program Support:
Contribute to marketing and merchandising initiatives, including sales materials, brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
Support the development of client meal delivery programs and share best practices internally.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams, internally and externally.
Participate in regular meetings, including operational, team, and committee meetings as required.
Industry Engagement:
Attend industry conferences, workshops, and events as required.
Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing learning and development aligned with organizational goals.
Future Growth:
Potential to expand into account management responsibilities with a sales component as the role evolves.
