Overview
Force Powder Coating is currently seeking an experienced AZ Licensed Delivery Driver to join our team.
This position is ideal for a driver looking for steady, local work with no overnight travel. All deliveries and pickups are within the Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford, and surrounding areas, allowing drivers to be home daily.
Duties
- Safely operate company trucks and trailers in accordance with all MTO regulations and company policies.
- Complete pickups and deliveries within Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford, and surrounding areas.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload customer products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and delivered damage-free.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as required.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's License.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
- Experience operating open deck trailers.
- Experience hauling with a 30-foot trailer or larger.
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Clean CVOR Abstract.
- Strong knowledge of load securement practices and Ontario transportation regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, professional, and safety-focused.
