Craft Dentistry is a brand-new, modern dental clinic opening in Vancouver, BC. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. We’re building a team that values compassion, efficiency, and attention to detail—and we’re excited to find a second Dental Receptionist who will be one of the friendly faces of our practice.
Position Overview
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients. You’ll manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative flow within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Verify insurance coverage and process billing and payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and recall systems
- Days: 4 weekdays and alternating Saturdays (flexibility to do 3 weekdays and alternating Saturdays if needed)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in a dental office is required
- Tracker experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided if needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
