Responsabilités
- Effectuer la validation des ordonnances et assurer une distribution sécuritaire et précise des médicaments ;
- Offrir des conseils professionnels aux patients ainsi que des revues de médication ;
- Fournir des recommandations de produits en vente libre (OTC) et du soutien clinique aux patients ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins et professionnels de la santé dans la clinique médicale ;
- Superviser les assistants et techniciens en pharmacie tout en assurant un flux de travail efficace ;
- Maintenir des dossiers précis de facturation, de dispensation et d’inventaire ;
- Assurer le respect de toutes les réglementations, politiques et normes professionnelles en pharmacie.
Exigences
- Pharmacien(ne) autorisé(e) en règle auprès de l’Ordre des pharmaciens de l’Ontario ;
- Solides connaissances cliniques et intérêt marqué pour les soins aux patients ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ;
- Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais) ;
- Expérience avec le logiciel Kroll considérée comme un atout important ;
- Fortes habiletés en organisation, leadership et gestion du temps ;
- Professionnel(le) motivé(e) recherchant un développement à long terme dans un milieu de soins collaboratif.

Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists ;

- Bilingual English and French required ;
- Experience with Kroll software considered a strong asset ;
