Summary
Ideally looking for a student but open to others as well, We are looking for someone to join our Southampton office as the front desk admin who has experience with social media platforms or marketing flare. This position is ideally Tuesday to Saturday 11-3 each day. Office experience is an asset, local to the area is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage phone system and direct calls appropriately.
- Support social media efforts by creating engaging content and managing online interactions.
- Assist with administrative duties
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming and light clean up of office.
- Use organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with office administration, customer service, or front desk roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with social media platforms is required.
- Friendly demeanor with professional phone etiquette.
