Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Bartender to join our dynamic Club house team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, bar, and dining space in accordance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously during busy periods
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry preferred; familiarity with Micros POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills or change accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
