Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused individual to join our growing cleaning team. You’ll play a key role in keeping homes, apartments, and commercial spaces clean, safe, and presentable. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, manages time well, and can work independently or with a small crew.
Key Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces
- Operate cleaning tools and basic equipment as needed
- Move light furniture or items during cleaning assignments
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper cleaning techniques at all times
- Notify supervisors of any maintenance issues or repair needs
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and coworkers
- Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure quality service
Who We're Looking For:
- Some cleaning experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry light to moderate items
- Comfortable using hand tools or cleaning equipment (training provided)
- Organized and able to manage time without constant supervision
- Friendly and respectful communication with team members and clients
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
