We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role contributes to the development of high-quality solutions for defined problem areas, working under general guidance while building strong technical expertise in enterprise CRM delivery.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for well-defined business requirements
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs with guidance from senior developers and architects
- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations following established standards
- Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flows, validation rules, and object configurations
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation
- Support integration development with external systems using APIs
- Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, and resolve defects
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners
- Follow enterprise governance, security, and release management processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard platform capabilities
- Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with development lifecycle processes (Agile, CI/CD, version control tools such as Git)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions with guidance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce platform and enterprise delivery model
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience with Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge)
- Experience with Sales Cloud capabilities (Leads, Opportunities, pipeline management)
- Exposure to enterprise integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Exposure to CRM data migration or transformation initiatives
- Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce, etc.)
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
