Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Support & Tracking Coordinator to join our growing transportation and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking shipments, communicating with customers and drivers, providing timely updates, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Track and trace shipments and provide status updates to customers.
- Communicate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers by email and phone regarding shipment progress.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Assist with dispatch and administrative office tasks.
- Prepare reports and perform general clerical duties as needed.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong email communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently.
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
