Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating client information.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and identify trends.
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers in a friendly manner and promoting relevant offerings.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
