The Role
As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for every guest. You'll prepare exceptional cocktails with consistency and precision while providing warm, engaging service in a high-energy environment.
Whether you're recommending a signature cocktail, crafting a classic perfectly, or creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, you'll help define what guests remember about their visit.
What You'll Do
- Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service in a busy, guest-focused environment.
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to company recipes and quality standards.
- Build genuine connections with guests through engaging, professional hospitality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Follow Smart Serve, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with bar preparation, inventory, restocking, and minimizing waste.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or cocktail bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining an organized workspace.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
