True North Health in Winnipeg is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide telehealth support through 1-on-1 and group counselling sessions.

Your Role
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
-Provide individual counselling to clients via telehealth
-Facilitate group therapy sessions on a range of topics
-Develop personalized care plans based on client needs
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
-Maintain clear, professional documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
-Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the appropriate provincial college
-Minimum of 2 years’ clinical counselling experience preferred
-Strong skills in telehealth and group facilitation
-Compassionate, ethical, and client-focused approach
-Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
