Role Summary
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Panel Line Operator is responsible for manufacturing components on the panel line in accordance with production schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards. This role supports daily output by maintaining consistency, identifying defects early, and keeping the workstation organized and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate panel line equipment and follow production instructions to manufacture components accurately and efficiently;
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining consistent quality and workmanship;
- Inspect parts throughout the process and identify defects, damage, or deviations from standard requirements;
- Complete basic measurements, visual checks, and documentation as required;
- Keep materials, tools, and finished parts organized to support safe and efficient workflow;
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner;
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and support 5S and continuous improvement efforts;
- Follow all company safety rules, quality standards, and work procedures; and
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred;
- Experience operating production equipment, using hand tools, or working with sheet metal components considered an asset; and
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and measurement or assembly specifications;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
- Reliable attendance, good organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining a clean workstation;
- Commitment to safe work practices and proper material handling; and
- Basic math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with regular standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), repetitive work, and material handling;
- Use of personal protective equipment required;
- Work Location: In person; and
- Occasional overtime may be required to support production schedules.

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
