What You'll Be Doing:
This role is not open to students - fulltime availability only
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by:
- Operating a Raymond Reach or Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Supplying production with raw materials accurately and on time
- Verifying part numbers and quantities against pull sheets
- Issuing and transferring materials throughout the facility
- Reviewing route sheets for special instructions and documentation
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure material availability
- Preparing for product changeovers and cleanouts
- Returning raw materials to warehouse storage after production
- Moving and cleaning totes to designated washout areas
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
Valid external forklift certification (required)
Access to own vehicle
Living within 30 minutes of work location
Experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.80-$23.00 per hour
