Mobile Driver - Security Guard
We are looking for experienced and reliable Security Guards for Full-Time Mobile Officer roles! In this position, you will work 12-hour shifts overnight, patrol client sites, respond to alarms, complete lock-up / unlocks, and communicate regularly with our 24/7 Operations Centre. Our ideal candidate has strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:

Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract

Valid BC Security License

One year experience in the security industry or related field is preferred

Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a 4-day rotation

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Superior time management, prioritization, and organization skills

Ability to make quick decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Android Operating System software

Physically capable of performing the required duties, including completion of foot patrols up and down stairwells, and lifting up to 30lb (parking gates)

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
