The Kilbride to Ferryland Family Resource Coalition is thrilled to announce we are opening a not-for-profit Pre-K Program at St. Bernard's Elementary in Witless Bay. This fully licensed pre-k program will accommodate 14 children.
We are currently looking for a Pre-K Administrator to join our staff. This position will start mid-summer, and involve assisting with program set-up prior to the program officially commencing in September. If you have a love of children, are interested in working in a not-for-profit setting, and meet our required qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
Required qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum Level III) with Pre-K Certification.
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
A strong background and understanding of community-based program development and delivery.
At least 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, with preference for those with experience working as a Childcare Centre Administrator.
Highly motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
Certificate of Conduct with Vulnerable Sector Check
First Aid/ CPR Certification
