Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Ski Boot Liner Fitting Specialist & Training Lead to perform advanced customization and fitting of thermoform ski boot liners. This role requires specialized hands-on expertise in diagnosing complex fit issues and applying proprietary liner fitting techniques critical to athlete performance and customer safety.
Duties
- Manage Liner fitting appointment bookings and stock
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Engage with customers and assist in technical sales by providing detailed information about Intuition products and services
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience with custom boot fitting is essential
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are essential

Pay: $18.76-$32.00 per hour
