PLEASE NOTE- THIS POSITION IS PART TIME.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes reservations, check ins and check outs.
- Processes payments using Global Payments POS.
- Processes cancellations and modifications.
- Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
- Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms.
- Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins, special requests, and night rooms.
- Coordinates guest room maintenance work with the maintenance department.
- Manages and resolves all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provides each guest with exceptional and personalized customer care to ensure every experience is memorable.
- Skilled in the use of front office equipment. (printer, fax, scanner ect)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
APPLICABLE SKILLS
- Excellent customer relations and typing skills with professionalism on the telephones.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization and time-management skills
- Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
