About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. You will leverage your expertise in account management and sales to analyse market trends, communicate effectively with clients, and negotiate contracts that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Run engaging, effective product demos that convert prospects into customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals that align with client needs and company goals
- Identify upsell opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine messaging and strategy
- Report on pipeline progress and performance
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Be the face of L Squared to prospects — clear, credible, and convincing
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven success in direct sales and closing new business
- Strong presentation skills — you own the room, whether in person or on Zoom
- Experience running live product demos with decision-makers
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot a bonus)
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stay organized
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Coachable, driven, and self-motivated
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
