About Us
Evolution Chamber Inc. (Mississauga) is a branch of private training studios (not a bootcamp or big-box gym) specializing in rapid, science-backed lean muscle gain through progressive overload + nutrition support. Our coaches are Evolution Mentors—we guide clients in and out of sessions.
The Role
Lead 1-on-1 and small-group (max 6 members) training with high energy, discipline, and professionalism. You’ll coach, program, and hold clients accountable to achieving their Rapid Evolution. Base of 15 hours of small group training sessions minimum per week - either Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday sessions or Monday, Wednesday Friday sessions back-to-back 5 hours each day + 1-on-1 Training hours based on trainer availability.
No Sales Required
We handle marketing and consultations. No cold calling, no selling, no chasing. Clients are assigned so you can focus on coaching and results.
You Will
- Deliver engaging, results-driven sessions aligned to our system
- Create individualized 4-week programs
- Motivate and communicate with clients before/after sessions
- Uphold Evolution Chamber standards and culture
Requirements
- CPT (ACE, NASM, CanFitPro, ISSA, etc.)
- Strong communication; confident, coach-like presence
- Passion for real transformations
