Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including logic controllers and other automated systems.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Pool operations
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and other departments regarding maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Customer service skills to interact positively with staff and management.
- Leadership experience is preferred for supervising maintenance personnel.
