Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly demeanor and knowledge of mixology will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices within the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a valid Smart Serve
