Castle Property Management is seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will assist with lead generation, client communications, marketing campaigns, social media management, and administrative tasks to help drive business growth across Canada and the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Assist in generating and qualifying new landlord leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, WeChat, and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and property evaluations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Marketing Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Coordinate online and offline events, webinars, and seminars.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help manage company websites, listings, and digital marketing platforms.
- Track and report marketing campaign performance.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between clients, property owners, and internal departments.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office administration.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or administrative support is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, Airbnb, or property management industries is an asset.
- Comfortable communicating with property owners and business clients.
